Age: Less than 2 

Location: Adrenals (70%), Thorax (20%), Neck (5%) 

Associated with Beckwith–Wiedemann, NF 1, DiGeorge syndrome, Hirschsprung disease 

Calcification in 90% 

Encases the vessels / Elevation of the aorta  

Crosses the midline  

Extension into the spinal canal via the neural foramina 

Metastases to the bone (60%), lymph nodes (42%) and intracranial (15%)
